What a day! Our recent Open House at Cedar Point Realty was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who stopped by to help us celebrate.
The sun was shining over Walker, Minnesota, and the warm spring weather matched the energy in our newly renovated office space. Meet Laurie Moe Greer

Hello! I’m Laurie Moe-Greer, and if you’re here, you’re probably curious to learn a bit about me.
Originally from the Twin Cities, I made Walker, MN my home in 1995—and I’ve never looked back. This beautiful corner of Northern Minnesota has been the perfect place to raise my three children, all of whom are now grown and off pursuing their own paths. Walker isn’t just where I live—it’s where my heart is.
I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the Walker MN real estate market for over 25 years, and I’ve been co-owner and broker of Cedar Point Realty since 2002. Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s my calling. I’m proud to say that many of my clients have become lifelong friends. I truly care about the people I work with, and I consider their goals, worries, and dreams as if they were my own.
My greatest strength? Empathy. Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing for your growing family, or selling your beloved lake property, I’ll walk beside you every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, music is what makes me tick. I’ve performed and choreographed with Northern Lite Opera Productions, sing in my church, and volunteer five days a week teaching aerobics at our local community center. I also love cooking, gardening, and staying active.
I believe in giving back to the community that’s given me so much. From Rotary projects and teaching “Home Stretch” homebuyer education classes, to speaking with high school seniors about real estate and financial literacy, I’m committed to helping others thrive here in Northern Minnesota.
